Onboarding Step 1 of 4:

Google Access

We will create accounts for anything you do not have, or do not have access to.


To ensure that we can effectively manage and optimize your Google Business profile, we kindly request access from you. This will enable us to update and maintain your profile accurately and enhance your online presence.

YouTube Channel Access

If you do not have a YouTube Channel for your business, we will create one for you. Otherwise, we request Manager access to your Channel. Please provide access to: [email protected]

We need access to your domain name for website migrations, audience-building, retargeting, and/or reporting. Please provide access to:

Onboarding Step 2 of 4:

Meta Account Access

We require access to your Facebook Page and Meta Ads Account.

Instagram To-Dos

  1. Instagram Login Credentials.

Onboarding Step 3 of 4:

Onboarding Form

Plan on spending 20-30 minutes to fill out each form. We'll review your answers during the Onboarding Call.

Payment Information

Please ensure your payment details are submitted prior to the onboarding call.

Upload Images & Videos

Upload all digital assets to your shared client portal folder. Please call us at (866) 424-0175 if you have not received access before your onboarding call.

REQUIRED MEDIA ASSETS:

  • Logo: We request a high-resolution logo of at least 1000px (smallest dimension) or delivered in a vector format.

  • Business Collaterals: Gathering specific collaterals is crucial for effectively managing your marketing and communication efforts. Collaterals such as menus, brand guides, print ads, flyers, posters, etc. will help us to gain a feel for your brand communication.

Onboarding Step 4 of 4:

Schedule Onboarding Call

We allocate resources for this 1-2 hour call, so please schedule for a day when you will be available to promptly join us on Zoom.
